The holiday season can be a rollercoaster of emotions.  Let’s look at some ways to make that ride a little smoother!  It begins with raising your vibration. Living in a high vibration goes beyond just feeling good; it can be a catalyst for attracting positive energy, miracles, and transforming your life in profound ways.  

Marci Shimoff calls this, “Living in the Miracle Zone,” and she has thousands of followers who join her every year to learn how to do this in her Your Year of Miracles program.  It’s not something to ignore; it’s science.  When you are in high vibration, your thoughts and feelings align with the energy you want to attract. This creates harmonious congruence.

Many have heard of the Law of Attraction, which is basically that you attract what you focus on; your thoughts are like magnets. If you are focused on stress and negativity, you’ll attract more of the same. 

On the other hand, when we are in high vibration and focused on gratitude and what is good in our lives, we open ourselves to a world of possibilities and abundance.

Jennifer Hoffman shares a story of a time when she had hit rock bottom during my interview this month. She was broke and almost homeless, living on a twin mattress on the floor of a friend’s apartment. What happened next changed her life instantly.

She created the intention she wanted to go back to France, and almost immediately, she was contacted by a tour leader who invited her to be the interpreter for an upscale tour of France that he was leading. Not only was her trip free, but he paid her for her expertise as well.
